A Contractor That Does What It Says

Golden Road Contracting is a Kansas City area demolition and property-preparation company. We remove what is damaged, outdated, or standing in the way so a property is ready for restoration, renovation, or its next use.

The company was started for a simple reason. Property owners and contractors kept telling the same story about the trades they hired. Calls went unanswered, scopes changed after the work started, crews left a mess, and nobody documented anything. That is a low bar, and it is worth clearing every single time.

So we built the business around the boring parts. Answer the phone. Write down the scope. Show up on the day. Protect the property. Clean up. Send the photos. Charge what was quoted.

What our name means

Refined by fire is about what pressure does to character. Heat either exposes what is weak or it burns it off. We would rather be a company that has been tested and corrected than one that has never been challenged.

Built on integrity is the practical half. It means the estimate matches the invoice, the scope matches the work, and the answer you get is the true one even when it is not the easy one.

What we believe

Golden Road is operated according to Christian values, and for us that shows up as conduct rather than conversation. Honesty in what we quote. Stewardship of the property we are working on and the money we are trusted with. Service to the customer in front of us. Respect for every person on the jobsite and every person who lives there.

How we work

We keep the scope clear and the communication direct. You get one point of contact, a written description of the work, a schedule we intend to hold, and photos when it is finished. If something changes, you hear it from us first.

Golden Road is insured. A certificate of insurance and coverage limits are available on request.
