Residential & Interior Demolition
Demolition and
Tear-Outs
Interior demolition in Kansas City that removes exactly what the plan calls for and protects everything else.
Selective Demolition
Take Out the Old Without Damaging What Stays
Most remodels stall at the tear-out. Cabinets come out slower than planned, debris piles up in the driveway, and the trades behind you lose days.
Golden Road handles that phase as its own scope of work. We remove the finishes, fixtures, and structures your project no longer needs, protect the surfaces that are staying, and haul the debris off the property so the next crew walks into a clean, workable space.
Work is scoped in writing before we start. You know what is coming out, what is being protected, and what the number is.
