Restoration-Support Demolition
Restoration
Support
Controlled removal of damaged materials so restoration companies can move from cleared to rebuild without losing days.
For Restoration Companies
The Demolition Half of the Loss
Restoration schedules live or die on how fast damaged material comes out.
Golden Road performs the demolition, tear-out, debris removal, and site preparation portion of restoration projects. We cut to the line your project manager specifies, bag and remove the material, and leave the cavity open, clean, and ready for drying equipment or rebuild.
We work from your scope, your moisture map, or your clearance documentation. We do not guess at the boundary.

Important
What Restoration Support Means Here

Golden Road does not perform mold remediation, asbestos abatement, lead abatement, water mitigation, fire restoration, or other regulated environmental services.
